Why Am I Waiting for Someone Who Couldn't Give a F about Me?

I'm sitting here, wondering why I'm wasting my time on someone who clearly doesn't care about me. It's like they're just going through the motions, pretending to be interested in getting to know me better, but deep down, they're not invested in our relationship.

I've been in this situation before, and it always ends badly. I get my hopes up, thinking that maybe, just maybe, this person will be different. But no, they end up letting me down, too. It's like they're playing a game with me, using me for their own entertainment.

I'm tired of being used as a pawn in someone else's game. I deserve better than that. I deserve someone who genuinely cares about me, who is willing to put in the effort to build a strong connection with me.

But why am I still waiting? Why do I keep giving these people chance after chance, hoping that they'll finally see the value in our relationship and start treating me with the respect and love I deserve?

Maybe it's because deep down, I'm scared of being alone. Maybe I'm afraid that if I don't settle for someone who doesn't truly care about me, I'll never find someone who does.

But the truth is, staying with someone who doesn't care about you only leads to more heartache and pain in the long run. It's time for me to take a step back, re-evaluate my priorities, and start seeking out people who genuinely value me as an individual.

I'm worth it. I deserve it. And it's time I started believing that too.
